It's Fried, eh?

I love cookbooks from the 70's, food was so much more interesting.  Take for example, this culinary train wreck... nothing says seafood like yellow and green - and of course, when I think salmon, I think brussel sprouts.  It looks more like a Dali painting than Stuffed Salmon, but that's what you get when you mix recreational drugs and cooking.
